Welcome to Bashyal Topup. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of Bashyal Topup platform operated by BashyalTeam under the management of Aadarsha Bashyal. Please read carefully.
1. Services Overview
- 1.1 We provide manual diamond topup services for Garena Free Fire users in Nepal.
- 1.2 Payments are processed manually using eSewa and Khalti digital wallets.
- 1.3 Topups are delivered to the Free Fire User ID (UID) provided by the customer.
- 1.4 Bashyal Topup acts as an intermediary between users and gaming platforms.
- 1.5 We do not guarantee in-game events or rewards beyond diamond delivery.
- 1.6 Service availability may vary depending on Garena server status.
- 1.7 We reserve the right to modify service offerings without prior notice.
- 1.8 All sales are final once diamonds are credited to the user account.
- 1.9 Promotional codes or discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
- 1.10 Minimum topup amount is determined by current diamond rates in Nepal.
2. Payment Verification & Process
- 2.1 Orders require full payment before verification begins.
- 2.2 Users must send payment screenshots clearly showing transaction ID and amount.
- 2.3 eSewa and Khalti are the only accepted payment methods currently.
- 2.4 Incorrect or illegible screenshots may delay verification.
- 2.5 Verification is done manually during business hours .
- 2.6 Peak hours may cause verification delays up to 2 hours.
- 2.7 Users must include correct UID and Only use Bangladesh server.
- 2.8 Double-check UID; incorrect UID is not eligible for refund.
- 2.9 Payment references must match the registered name or email used.
- 2.10 We do not store payment card details; all payments go through third-party wallets.
- 2.11 Payment disputes must be raised within 24 hours of transaction.
- 2.12 Users are responsible for any bank/wallet charges applied by third parties.
- 2.13 Underpayments will not be processed; balance must be cleared.
- 2.14 Overpayments may be adjusted to future orders or refunded partially.
- 2.15 We may request additional verification for high-value transactions.
3. User Responsibilities & Account Security
- 3.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information.
- 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account details.
- 3.3 Bashyal Topup is not liable for unauthorized access to your Free Fire account.
- 3.4 Do not share order details or UID publicly; we are not responsible for misuse.
- 3.5 Users must comply with Garena’s terms of service.
- 3.6 Any violation of Garena’s rules may result in account suspension; we are not liable.
- 3.7 You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
- 3.8 Minors require parental consent to transact.
- 3.9 You agree to receive service-related communication via email/WhatsApp.
- 3.10 Fradulent chargebacks or false disputes will be reported to authorities.
- 3.11 Only one UID per transaction is allowed unless specified otherwise.
- 3.12 Users must not use bots or automated scripts to place orders.
- 3.13 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
- 3.14 Impersonating another user or staff is strictly prohibited.
- 3.15 You agree to indemnify Bashyal Topup against third-party claims arising from misuse.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 4.1 Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver diamonds within 72 hours.
- 4.2 Refund requests due to incorrect UID will not be entertained.
- 4.3 If Garena server issues prevent delivery, we will hold the order until resolved.
- 4.4 No refunds once diamonds have been credited (even if user regrets).
- 4.5 In case of technical errors, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
- 4.6 Duplicate payments (user error) may be refunded after deducting transaction fees.
- 4.7 Refunds are processed via the same payment method used.
- 4.8 Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
- 4.9 Promotional purchases are non-refundable.
- 4.10 Chargeback attempts will lead to permanent ban from our services.
- 4.11 We may deduct up to 15% restocking fee for accepted refunds due to wallet charges.
- 4.12 Cancellation requests before verification may be subject to 10% cancellation fee.
- 4.13 Orders already in “verifying” state cannot be cancelled.
- 4.14 Users agree to wait at least 24 hours before requesting refund due to delay.
- 4.15 Refund decisions made by BashyalTeam are final and binding.
5. Limitation of Liability
- 5.1 Bashyal Topup is not liable for any loss of in-game items or account bans.
- 5.2 We do not guarantee that diamonds will arrive at a specific time.
- 5.3 We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure.
- 5.4 Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for a single order.
- 5.5 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
- 5.6 Any disputes must be resolved individually without class action.
- 5.7 We assume no liability for incorrect UID provided by user.
- 5.8 Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, internet shutdowns) exempt liability.
- 5.9 We are not responsible for third-party content or links on our website.
- 5.10 Users agree that BashyalTeam, Aadarsha Bashyal, or affiliates are not liable for user conduct.
6. Service Availability & Modifications
- 6.1 We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- 6.2 Maintenance windows (announced/unannounced) may cause brief downtime.
- 6.3 Diamond prices are subject to change based on market rates.
- 6.4 We may discontinue any service without prior notice.
- 6.5 We reserve the right to change verification procedures at any time.
- 6.6 Service modifications will be posted on this page.
- 6.7 Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for updates.
- 6.8 We may restrict service based on geographic location if required by law.
- 6.9 During festivals or high-demand periods, delivery may be delayed.
- 6.10 We may introduce new payment methods or discontinue existing ones.
- 6.11 Scheduled updates may be communicated via WhatsApp broadcast.
- 6.12 We may temporarily suspend service for security reasons.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- 7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
- 7.2 Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.
- 7.3 If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Rupandehi.
- 7.4 Arbitration shall be conducted in Nepali or English, at arbitrator's discretion.
- 7.5 Users waive right to participate in class action lawsuits against Bashyal Topup.
- 7.6 The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal costs.
- 7.7 All claims must be brought within one year of the incident.
- 7.8 Jurisdiction for any litigation shall be courts in Rupandehi, Nepal.
- 7.9 Users agree that electronic records are admissible as evidence.
- 7.10 These terms constitute the entire agreement between user and Bashyal Topup.
8. Intellectual Property
- 8.1 All content on this website (logos, text, graphics) is property of BashyalTeam.
- 8.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission.
- 8.3 "Bashyal Topup" and "BashyalTeam" are protected brand names.
- 8.4 Unauthorized use of our trademarks may result in legal action.
- 8.5 User grants us a non-exclusive license to use order information for service improvement.
- 8.6 We respect intellectual property; if you believe we infringe your rights, contact us.
- 8.7 No part of the website may be reverse-engineered or scraped.
- 8.8 Linking to our website is permitted, but framing is prohibited.
- 8.9 All rights not expressly granted are reserved by BashyalTeam.
- 8.10 Feedback provided by users becomes our property for service enhancement.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- 9.1 User data is handled per our Privacy Policy (see separate page).
- 9.2 We collect only necessary data: email, UID, payment screenshots.
- 9.3 Data is stored securely on Firebase with encryption in transit.
- 9.4 We do not sell user data to any third party.
- 9.5 Users may request data deletion by contacting support.
- 9.6 We retain data as long as necessary for legal and operational purposes.
- 9.7 In case of data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours.
- 9.8 We use cookies for basic analytics; users can disable in browser.
- 9.9 Third-party services (eSewa, Khalti) have their own privacy policies.
- 9.10 By using our service, you consent to data practices described here.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
- 10.1 If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
- 10.2 Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
- 10.3 We may assign these terms without prior notice in case of merger/acquisition.
- 10.4 Users may not assign their rights without written consent.
- 10.5 Headings are for convenience only; do not limit interpretation.
- 10.6 These terms are written in English; translations are for reference only.
- 10.7 Official communications shall be in English or Nepali.
- 10.8 You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
- 10.9 Continued use after updates implies acceptance of revised terms.
- 10.10 We may communicate updates via website banner or email.
